The Spanish government's regulation regarding the buyback price for solar energy prompted us to choose the country as the first market for the new NOVATEC BioSol technology. Approval is pending on solar power plants with a total output of 210 megawatts based on NOVATEC BioSol technology.
- April 2008 will see the launch of the first plant dedicated for mass-producing the solar field components.
- Still in summer 2008 is the first operational
solar power plant with a capacity of 2 MW
installed.
- In 2009, we plan on increasing production
capacity to approximately 60 megawatts of power
station capacity.
- Until 2011, a capacity of more than 200 MW
installed in spain.
Parallel to these developments, we're also preparing to enter the Middle Eastern and North African markets. Creating local production capacities is an essential step in this process.
