Just one assembly line in series production can produce 220,000 square meters of solar fields in a two-shift operation. That's the equivalent of about 17 megawatts put out per year by an electric power station.
As part of the fully automated production process, robots ensure a consistently high grade of quality.
Our production process also features state of the art technology to constantly monitor the reflectors' optical precision.

Flat glass mirrors (primary mirrors) and the (radiation) receiver constitute the main components of solar thermal power plants based on Fresnel technology.
Primary mirror
The primary mirror is made from a sheet-metal sandwich profile exceptionall resistant to twisting and bending.

Receiver
Our Fresnel power plant receiver is stationary. Unlike in parabolic trough plants, the receiver is not tracked in the parabolic mirror's center.
